The Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick's Workplace Wellness Conference is coming up on April 29th, 2010. It will be held at the Delta Fredericton and this years focus will be "Innovative Cultures - Step into the Future!"

Take H.E.A.R.T. is a 12-week introductory level program that provides physical activity (aerobic and strength conditioning) and healthy eating instruction in a group setting, 3 days per week (Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays). The primary goal is to educate adults (age 18-69) in adopting new lifestyle behaviours that will help reduce their risk of developing cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and cancers related to physical inactivity.
