Chronic Disease Prevention and Management Advisory Committee (CDPMAC) Meetings

Knowledge exchange and networking are important components in renewing how we support our province, our organizations, our communities and ourselves in developing healthy communities.

HEPAC is committed to facilitating this exchange.The New Brunswick Department of Health currently hosts a Chronic Disease Prevention and Management Advisory Committee (CDPMAC).The CDPMAC goal is to catalyze and support initiatives that help to support people with chronic health problems so that they are able to prevent or lessen the disability often associated with chronic illnesses.  The terms of reference are attached.

HEPAC is a member of CDPMAC.We invite organizations to review the terms of reference. Any organization that is a member of HEPAC can log in and review past minutes, and upcoming agendas.  Should you wish to comment on issues, or have issues that you feel would be appropriate for presentation, please contact the site coordinator for further details.
