Zippy After Fifty in Hampton!

On Nov.4th, 2011, a Wellness Fair entitled “Zippy After Fifty” was held at the Hampton Seniors Resource Center. The Fair was organized by two coordinators of the Healthy Active Living Program fro Go Ahead Seniors, Diane O’Connor and Linda Goggin. There were two guest speakers: David Lutz – “Wills, Power of Attorney and Estate Planning” and Mary Ann Ketchum – “Downsizing and Moving On” as well as 11 information booths proving lots of interesting reading material for seniors. There also were exercise demonstrations with Benderball and Zumba Gold from Lifestyles Fitness Studio in Hampton and Nordic Walking from Rockwood Park’s Daytripping. The over 50 seniors who attended enjoyed an informative and active afternoon!
