The “Monitoring Activities of Teenagers to Comprehend their Habits” (MATCH) study has now accumulated 8 years of data. This study enabled generating a better understanding of how sport and physical activity participation evolve during childhood and adolescence. Based on MATCH results, this presentation will present what appear as some of the best predictors of participation in different types of physical activities as well as describe how participation in different types of physical activities is associated with different outcomes.
